Fundraiser For Dakota's OCD Surgery

Back on January 24 or 25th, my dog Dakota began limping and favoring her leg. After numerous visits with a few different vets at different locations, and four weeks worth of meds, it is now March and she is still limping due to what appears to be OCD in her joint.

OCD is short for Osteochondritis Dissecans, which basically means her elbow has a piece of cartilage that is going to continue to cause her pain and irritation until they cut it out of her. The specialist insists its a simple procedure with just an incision for a camera, another incision for the tool, snip snip, and she should  be walking again after a few months of physical therapy. However this simple procedure comes with a very hefty bill.

So if you know me at all, you know I love to walk my girl to the lake every morning! Any help to get us walking again sooner rather than later would be greatly appreciated!
