<div>My bestfriend and first born furbaby, Caesar, is needing a TLPO surgery and unfortunately it will cost more than I was prepared to fund.

<div>Hoping with a little assistance, we can get his knee ligaments reattached and have him back doing the things he loves (he is stuck at home for now as he is unable to get in or out of the car, or even walk to his favorite park).
