Fundraiser for Banditas Wild Horse Promise

Banditas Wild Horse Promise is continuing our mission to save as many wild horses as we can find land for.  We are fortunate to have gained access to offer these horses varying amounts of acreage to run once they go through the adaption process.  Our vision is to see family bands restored even if it is in pairs.  Many of these horses have partnered with the same horse for years ~ especially the mares.   Daughters of a wild mare can often stay with their Dam for several years and may never move on, so it is important for us to recognize these long time relationships and try our best to preserve them.  Keeping in mind, a wild horse does not have to be born into the herd for it to form a bond with another.  And while we will focus on the horse that may be left behind, our group thinks it is important to have a healthy mix of ages, for all these horses deserve a loving home, regardless of age.  
 
So what is our mission? To purchase and transport 24 horses from the adoption events to our generous land owners.  Four of those horses are going to a wonderful sanctuary in which we raised money for at the start of our cause, but will need support for the purchase and transport of those horses.  Please know, other opportunities may present themselves for adoption from sanctuaries and other viable land owners, so we need to be prepared for anything.  Keeping in mind ~ we will always be that helping hand, especially if that means we helped another horse find a loving home.
