Fundraiser for Alaine Nitch-Ball

Hi my name is Elisha and I’m fundraising for the family of Alaine Nitch-Ball. His family lost him Thursday, August 26th to a drowning at Staffordville Lake. I have known his father and grandparents for 31 years and this is a very devastating time for all of us. Alaine has been a resident of West Stafford for the past 11 years living with his father, Collen and his grandparents, Kevin and Gail Ball. He graduated Stafford High School in 2019 where he was a percussionist for the Stafford High Band and a member of the Drama Club. Alaine was currently enrolled in his 2nd year at Goodwin College in East Hartford studying to be a Mortician. Alaine had a big heart and would do anything for anybody. He has made many lasting friendships.

Due to unforeseen family circumstances there will not be a wake or a funeral.   We are heartbroken that we cannot say our goodbyes to Alaine.  However, Kevin and Gail Ball will be having a Catholic Mass and Service in memory of Alaine.  There will be a cemetery plot and Headstone purchased and we will be filling a memory box to be buried there.  Any remaining money from this fundraiser will be donated in Alaine’s name to the Stafford High School Band and Drama Club.
