We wanted to understand the stories of the people who fought for the freedoms we enjoy today. But with so much information scattered across archives, textbooks, interviews, and newspapers, it felt overwhelming to even begin. So, we decided to change that.

<div>The View From Here is a podcast that speaks directly to those who were part of the movement. From the organizers of the first UK Pride Parade in 1972, to the world’s first openly LGBTQ+ cabinet minister, to the real-life Jill from the powerful series It’s A Sin, we’ve captured stories of struggle, resilience, and joy. These are legacies that inspire and remind us of the debt we owe to those who came before us.
