Funding for Special Needs Daughter

I am in desperate need my friends. My daughter Jadine, Having a Rare Disease called Prader-Willi Syndrome with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, had a Meltdown which is part of the Syndrome, this resulted in her fleeing from my home recently, I had called 911 for help from the Police, who in turn took it upon themselves to arrest her, when all I wanted was for them to find her, and bring her home safely to me so that I could get help for her through our Prader-Willi Syndrome Association' Crisis Center. I never told them to arrest her, I never told them that she committeed battery on me. Yet that is how they saw it and they put her in jail knowing that she was not mentally capable of understanding what was going on. The State is unwilling to drop the charges even when I told the Prosecutor that I don't want to press charges and I am requesting that all charges be dropped. Now I am in need of hiring a Criminal Attorney that specializes in Special Needs Victims with Mental Health Issues, to help my daughter from these charges and to stop the State from being allowed to take her out of my care and placing her in a Mental Hospital, because they say she has violent tendencies, to which that is not at all true. I am a single parent, who doesn't receive any help from the State for her and that has never been able to get the Agency for Persons with Disabilities in our State, to give the proper care for her since she was put on the Mediwaiver at birth. She had been placed on the Mediwaiver Waiting list for 22 years. With much begging and pleading on my part, at age 23, they finally were able to put her on the Mediwaiver, yet the services I needed for her were never provided. Since she can never be left alone, or able to take care of herself, I need a Caregiver to help with all her needs, while I try to make a living to provide a roof over our heads and give her the proper foods that are required for her Prader-Willi Syndrome Diet. Jadine has been my shadow for all her 24 years, to the point that I even take her to work with me. I have been her Teacher, her Caregiver, her Provider, and her Best Friend. What I have been doing for the past 24 years on my own, in the Group Home Environment

it takes up to 15 Staff to do. But due to All of this happening in the last month, I have had to take a leave from my job, to take care of her without any incidences happening, because as I was told by the jail Sargeant that if the Police get called out to my home again, they will automatically arrest her again and she will have to stay in jail until the court hears her case, which could take months due to the excessive amounts of cases being heard. I am in desperate need to come up with a Retainer Fee for the Attorney before Jadine's Arraignment Hearing scheduled on January 3rd, 2018. If I can't come up with it, Jadine will be forced to go in front of the Judge by herself and try to plead Not Guilty even though she does not understand any of what is happening to her. I am asking for help in raising $1000 for the Retainer Fee to protect my daughter's rights. If you can find it in your hearts to help my daughter I would be forever grateful.
