Funding for Fat Cat Rescue Property

YES!! We are moving on up...We bought a beautiful property in Wadsworth, IL for the Fat Cat Rescue Family, and we couldn't be more excited.  However we didn't count on paying the fees the bank is not waiving, totalling $12,050.  We need your help in securing these fees (Insurance, Title, Survey, etc.).  The property is perfect for Fat Cat Rescue and we don't want to lose it!! Could you help us??  A photo of the breakdown of the fees is included in the pictures here.  We just underestimated what the bank fees would be.  Please find it in your heart to help us pay these fees so the animals of Fat Cat Rescue will have a new home finally! We thank you so much for helping us, and the animals thank you too.  They've waited a long time for a property of their own.

UPDATE:  The property is in foreclosure and they are selling to Fat Cat below value so the bank refuses to pay these  fees.  We know usually the seller pays these fees, but in this case because we are paying under what they are asking they are not going to pay these fees, therefore it is up to us to pay them.  We need to get these fees paid in order to afford the property.
