Funding for a very deserving family

I am seeking help for a wonderful family that I met when they adopted two horses in  need.  Michele was looking to give a few horses  a great home.  The horses at a previous farm I worked at were going to be euthanized unless homes were found due to unfortunate circumstances and medical issues from the owner,  and the farm being sold leaving the horses with  nowhere to go.  Two ottb's, a 25 year old gelding named Blaze and a little crooked companion mare named Dreamie.  Michele and her husband were thrilled to give these horses a new home.  They brought their one son along to see these horses and spent 3 hours with them.  These horses were very hard horses to adopt out, but their eyes lit up when they seen them and they were so excited they would be bringing them home.  Shortly after having them they had aquired an $1,100 vet and blacksmith bill for the horses.  Due to Dreamie having some mechanical issues she has to be heavily sedated to have her hooves trimmed.  The vet and blacksmith said she needed xrays done and the total vet bill was hundreds more than expected.  They were not expecting this and neither was I to be honest, but they paid to get their new babies what they needed.  Soon after this Michele's husband Mark had some unforseen issues of his own and has landed him in and out of the hospital needing surgeries and more to come.   They have been going through so much lately and all I ever see is them asking for prayers and positive thoughts on facebook, never complaining, just looking for things to get better.  A few days ago Michele told me Blaze had not been feeling well.  Last night he spiked a fever, legs and face swollen and she called the vet to come out today, the vet  thought possibly lyme disease.  This morning Blaze was worse and having trouble breathing, she immediately called the vet out on emergeny.  The vet checked Blaze and it was bad, multiple melanomas and hemorrhaging.  The vet said he was suffering and had to be put to sleep. The family is devastated that Blaze has passed away and Dreamie is left alone without her buddy.  They now have another $700+ in vet bills and we have to worry about Dreamie colicing and becoming ill being alone.  This family is the most selfless family I have ever met, they are kind and help others.  Michele works full time and Mark is a disabled veteran and giving these horses a forever home has broguht them a lot of joy to their lives.  They  have not asked for anything at all, but i wanted to be able to help them in some sort of way.  I am funding to help pay veterinary bills and to also find them another horse.  Not only will Dreamie not do well alone, but I want Michele to be able to have her horse to ride and love. All of my friends know I ask for nothing from no one, but I am asking now if you could make even a small donation to help this family.  I  would greatly apreciate the help for them.
