Camille Guintu is a mother of 2 boys - Christian (10) and Eric (3).
She was diagnosed of Stage 3 Breast Cancer on July 2017. She underwent 6 rounds of chemotherapy, bilateral mastectomy and radiation, which was completed in February 2018.
She was cleared to go back to work but everything changed last week (last week of March 2018), when she was brought to the hospital due to excruciating pain in her chest. CT scan resulted fractured spine and sternum due to cancer that spread to her bones.
Camille was able to collect EI for 15 weeks that ended in December 2017, her work does not provide long term disability benefits.
Now her husband Scott is the only one earning for the family, which is not enough to cover all expenses that the family needs.
