Barb (Susan's Sister) & Jerry Fannon started this campaign to raise funds for Austin Stallman to be used for Medical Bills, Treatments & Other expenses Susan & Kurt Stallman will incur as a result of their son's progress back to health!
Austin Stallman, is a thirteen year old young man that loves athletics and his family! He has a passion for competition in both the sport of wrestling and baseball and is a member of the Cedar Rapids Reds baseball team.
Over the past two weeks he and his family received some shocking news that he had a cancerous tumor on his brain. His family received the news on a Friday and a short four days later, the tumor was removed at The University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics. Austin lives in Robins, Iowa and attends school at Alburnett Community School District. This has hit the community with a tragic blow and has left his family facing very large obligation in medical bills. He will require several months of chemo and several months of radiation on top of other medical procedures that will be required to fight this battle.
For those of you that have had the priveledge of meeting this terrific young man, he is a class act. He is an outstanding student, athlete, and friend to many. I just ask that you open your hearts and find a way to contribute to this fight. If you know Austin, you know he will do his part, now we just need to do ours.
