<div>Hoy, cuando un mexicano necesita un procedimiento médico de alta especialidad para salvar o mejorar considerablemente su calidad de vida, tiene que esperar meses o inclusive años en listas de espera, endeudarse fuera de sus posibilidades, viajar largas distancias y en muchos casos, simplemente no tener acceso al procedimiento que tanto necesita.  Esto es inaceptable, porque requieren de estos procedimientos para sobrevivir, para mejorar su calidad de vida y en muchas ocasiones para convertirse en miembros productivos de la sociedad.
