<div>Hi, my name is Nasser and I'm fundraising for the incredible people behind Mada al-Carmel.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I'm currently based in Canada. I'm a former academic and someone who has worked with several nonprofits in Palestine.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I know Mada through past collaborations and I've come to really cherish their work - which is so important in this age of disinformation and anti-Palestinian sentiment.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Mada turns 25 this year! And while it's received support from several generous donors in the past, that support has all been from foundations - very little was raised from individuals like you and me.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>So we're cranking up our crowdfunding efforts to help support a Palestinian-led research hub that is decolonizing knowledge, and putting that knowledge to work, towards a goal we all care deeply about - and that is justice, liberation and freedom in Palestine.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Mada has recently launched its 'Know Justice' campaign that aims to raise money to support the crucial work they do.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The funds will be used by Mada's leaders - Dr. Areen Hawari and Dr. Himmat Zoubi and Dr. Mtanes Shehadeh - towards:
</div>
<div>1. Mentoring Future Scholars – Supporting young Palestinian researchers to shape political, social, and cultural discourse.
</div>
<div>2. Research for Change – Tackling social issues and countering settler-colonial narratives through critical policy work.
</div>
<div>3. Expanding Global Awareness – Advancing critical studies on Israel and strengthening Arab scholarly collaboration worldwide.
</div>
<div>4. Amplifying Palestinian Voices – Engaging wider audiences through digital outreach and media campaigns.
</div>
<div>5. 25 Years of Impact – Showcasing Mada’s legacy with accessible publications in Arabic and English.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Mada is currently located in Haifa, and they will receive the funds by bank transfer.
</div>

</div>
<div>About Mada's Know Justice campaign in Arabic:
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
