<div>Hi, my name is Carolyn, and I’m a passionate doctor of physical therapy with over 3 years of experience helping patients recover and thrive. For years I’ve dreamed of owning my own PT clinic to provide personalized, high-quality care to patients in need. This dream is now within reach—but I need your help to make it a reality. By contributing to this campaign, you’re helping me take over ownership of a well-established clinic that has served the community for over 70 years. As the new owner, I am committed to preserving its legacy of healing and care while building an even brighter future for the patients we serve.

</div>
<div>Why This Matters
</div>
<div>This clinic has been a cornerstone of its community for decades, providing essential physical therapy services. My goal is to carry forward this legacy while enhancing the level of care offered.
</div>
<div>I envision a welcoming, accessible space where patients receive tailored, high-quality treatment—whether they’re recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or regaining mobility after an injury.
</div>

</div>
<div>The Challenge
</div>
<div>I’m so close to achieving this goal. After years of hard work and securing loan approval, I need to raise $49,000 for the down payment to take over the clinic.
</div>
<div>This is a time-sensitive opportunity: I need to raise the funds by May 31, 2025, to complete the purchase by June 1, 2025.
</div>
<div>Your support will ensure this vital resource remains available to the community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your contributions will help:
</div>
<div>Fund the $49,000 down payment to secure ownership.
</div>
<div>Preserve and enhance a trusted community resource for accessible, personalized physical therapy.
</div>
<div>Empower patients to take control of their health in a space designed for healing and hope.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As a physical therapist, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless individuals regain strength and confidence. My passion was ignited by watching and helping both of my grandmothers recover from severe injuries, inspired by the dedication and care of their physical therapy team, and seeing firsthand the difference it made in their lives.
</div>
<div>One patient’s words remind me why I continue to pursue this dream: “I love this place; I just love everyone here.”
</div>
<div>With your support, I can carry forward this clinic’s legacy and help even more people feel valued and empowered to heal.
</div>

</div>
<div>How You Can Help
</div>
<div>-Donate: Every dollar brings me closer to securing this clinic space.
</div>
<div>-Share: Spread the word to friends, family, and networks.
</div>
<div>-Support: Cheer me on as I work to achieve this goal. Contact me if you are ever in need of exceptional physical therapy.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for taking the time to read my story and considering a contribution. Together, we can ensure this clinic’s legacy continues as a place where healing, hope, and community thrive. Let’s make this dream a reality!
