..To all my friends, and hopefuly supporters,
November 7th, 2017 arrived and 'Cancer' hit me like a train, the shock, the sadness quickly overcome, be positive, fight i said, dont be a dummy! - followed by intensive research; then a plan of treatment and now financial hardship I decided to reach out to my friends and network, to anyone really that could help me get through this... Write a book I thought, the whole story; the exposure of corruption, the science and the passing on of alternative medicine knowledge, prevention; but I may not be able to work much longer.. so not sure what lies ahead.
...There have been many books written on cancer survivor stories, for those that chose alternative medicine and natural healing methods; against the 'establishment' medical crimes of unecessary surgery, chemo poisoning and radiation poisoning. This is my story and the bulk of the book is portrayed as a my personal jourmal of the stuggles, the setbacks and the end result ...(well honestly that very much depends on how much money I can raise to fund my treatment and maitain my health so that I can finish the book!
Several key chapters will focus on the range of alternative methods out there; global statistics that will surprise you; a healthy diet; the wrong doings of the medical establishment; and most of all how anyone can prevent cancer from ever affecting you... along with my day by day, blow by blow account of the overwhelming terrible mistakes being made in hospitals and my personal experience of this. Perhaps this book can in some way help all of my friends to change their lives and avoid cancer entirely!!!

The Three Missions of this Book
1. To Share
Firstly, to share my experiences, emotions and thought processes with fellow cancer sufferers and their families; from the initial diagnosis on November 7th, 2017 of being told I have Kidney cancer. From that point on, spanning a very short period of a few weeks of initial denial, disbelief, sadness and inward depression, to focusing on intensive research and analysis; all leading me to making a rational and sane decision on the course of action we would take on December 8th, 2017. Secondly in a hope that along with all the medical journals, books, articles, patient stories, blogs and accumulated knowledge during this awful and horrendous journey, that somehow my wife and I had got it right. That there is a better way, a more human and logical way, a sensible and smart approach to beating cancer. To not being a dummy to the medical system, the 'chemo' drug corporations and all of those pompous profit driven private hospitals and most of all, to scoff at the hypocrisy of the 'Hippocratic Oath' and those Doctors who have forgotten their basic demi-God reason for being - 'to cure people, to do no harm'.
2. To Change
Secondly, for all those in the orthodox medical care system around the world, treating cancer by traditional methods; to persuade you to open your eyes, to study and look at the many alternative groundbreaking treatments that are available around the world, to support the research and to embrace change by acknowledging we can only defeat by being innovative. Penicillin was discovered by accident on a Friday 28th of September 1928; ignored by doctors of the times and only finally coming into production in the early 1940's, which lead to a Nobel Peace Prize for Alexander Fleming, Cecil George Paine and Howard Florey in 1945. It took 17 years to be recognised as a significant advance in medical treatment, saving hundreds of millions of lives. I remember well the words of my diagnosing Oncologist in Hong Kong, when questioned about 'the science of freezing cancer tumors', who said “Mr. Jones you need chemotherapy right away, currently there is no clinical evidence that cryosurgery and alternative medicine is effective”. What if all the great and honest hardworking clinical researchers of the past and the alternative medicine doctors and research hospitals of the present, from time immemorial were to hold the same mindset?
3. To Survive and Prevent
Finally, when you come up for air after reading all that rant; this book is intended for and targeted to two separate groups of people. Of course, primarily those human beings all over the world who are affected by cancer including their loving relatives and friends. But also to those of you that are walking around enjoying life, happy as pigs in shit, oblivious to the fact that they have a time bomb inside, ticking away. A cell disorder that will ultimately and abruptly change your life forever; yet again in a hope that you will either make lifestyle decisions that will help you to survive this horrendous disease. Moreover, for the unknowing souls, that they never have to endure such an ordeal at all.
