On June 15th, the day before Father’s Day. 22 yr old Joseph Baldynyuk got into a terrible boating accident. His body was run over by a pontoon boat, causing his leg to be hit by the boat propeller. He has 6 different wounds knee down, in which his fibular bone to be been broken in 6 different places, his tibia has been fractured in 2 different places, his knee cartilage was cut off by 95% and the tendon connecting his joints was also completely severed. His nerve that controls movement in his ankle was cut 6 times, He has lost all feeling in his foot. He cut his artery, losing over 6 liters of blood. Currently Joseph is at high risk for infection, which could possibly lead to amputation. He has already had 2 surgeries to clean out his wounds to avoid any infection that may have accrued during the time of the accident. Right now he has 3 more scheduled surgeries ahead of him, to keep cleaning his wounds and a full reconstruction of his leg. A recent update that we have received from the doctors is that they are hopeful he will walk again on his leg, but we believe that our God can do greater things! He is alive and well which is a miracle alone. ALL GLORY TO GOD! We are praying for full restoration in his leg. We are so grateful that we do not walk
in this journey alone.
We thank everyone who is praying and supporting us in this time.
Currently Joseph is the sole financial provider for his wife and two daughters. They do not have any sort of health insurance or aide. If it is on your heart to donate, any amount would be greatly appreciated!

God bless you all!

UPDATE : Joey will need one major surgery that will be another full cleaning of the wounds and a full reconstruction of all the damage done. So the doctor said that he will try to do it all in one surgery. Please continue to pray for no infection at all and for a full recovery. Thank you to everyone we appreciate all the support and prayers❤️

Update : Joseph had a final surgery on Friday. It was very successful. The doctors are very happy with how his leg is healing. He had no sign of infection, and the doctors are very hopeful that he will walk again on his leg all glory to God. Joseph will not be able to walk on his injured leg for a minimum of 3 months. We thank you all for your prayers!
