Hi, my name is Daegan Kingery. I am raising funds for the Contemporary East Asia Studies Initiative (CEAS), a student initiative that promotes constructive academic dialogue on East Asian affairs in Geneva, Switzerland.

We will host the second annual Geneva Forum on East Asia in 2022, from November 7th-11th. Our event consists of 8 academic sessions encompassing numerous topics in the environment, gender, security, politics, development etc., and 2 career sessions to inspire students and social activities to foster understanding and open dialogues on East Asian affairs.

Most of our events will take place in person at the Geneva Graduate Institute and other available venues in Geneva, Switzerland. We sincerely need the funds for various expenses, including promotion materials, conference materials, graphic design, food and beverages etc. We sincerely need your support to make this event and student effort to fill the knowledge gap on East Asian affairs possible.
