<div>Lucrecia Elizabeth spent some years working at Princess Nails 155 Elizabeth Avenue, Elizabeth NJ 07201. Her former boss Abigail who became a close friend and supported of Lucrecia Elizabeth along with her coworkers are raising more funds at the nail salon honoring her memory and bringing a space for those who want to come in and donate for her children.

<div>Lucrecia Elizabeth pasó algunos años trabajando en Princess Nails 1151 Elizabeth Avenue, Elizabeth NJ 07201. Su jefe Abigail, quien se convirtió en una amiga cercana y apoyó para Lucrecia Elizabeth, junto con sus compañeras de trabajo están recaudando más fondos en el salón de uñas para honrar su memoria y brindar un espacio para quienes quieran venir y donar para sus hijos. Que Dios los bendiga agradeciendo todo su apoyo.

<div>Lucrecia Elizabeth was born in Jadan Gualaceo, Ecuador in 1985. A lovely mother of four children Leonel Corte Jadan 21yrs, Christian Corte Jadan 19 yrs old, Danny Corte Jadan 18 yrs and Eidan Corte Jadan 5 yrs. A very hardworking woman, raising her children with love and sacrifices, Lucrecia Elizabeth decided to come to the United States looking for a better future for her family. Lucrecia Elizabeth started to migrate to the United States in October 19, 2021. She first started working cleaning houses and as a babysitter, later she started working at a nail salon in Elizabeth, NJ. Where she developed trusting and strong bonds with her colleagues at the salon, especially with her former boss Abigail. She started working very hard in collecting the funds to bring her children one by one. Lucrecia Elizabeth has been known to be a hardworking lovely and caring mother, a great coworker, very responsible and always bringing a smile to all around her. She was also known as “La Tia” in her workplace, where not only her coworkers would call her that but also her clients when referring to her in a lovely way.

<div>On Monday January 6, 2025 and Tuesday January 7, 2025, Lucrecia Elizabeth came in to work as usual, punctual and with a great attitude to work. Wednesday January 8, 2025, was her day off, and as usual she woke up and took Danny and Eidan to school. On Thursday January 9, 2025 Lucrecia Elizabeth did not showed up to work. Her boss Abigail along with her coworkers started wondering about her whereabouts and its very unusual for her not to show up to work or call to inform if she was not able to go to work. Abigail and her coworkers, call her many times, left voicemails and finally went to her house looking for her. Her husband, Rolando Corte, stated that he did not know where she was at and seemed very disinterested of her whereabouts. On that same Thursday, Abigail then started reaching out to other family and friends and decided to go to the Police Station in Elizabeth, NJ along with Danny Corte Jadan, 18yrs old to report to the authorities about her missing. Meanwhile, her coworkers started making posts on social media reporting Lucrecia Elizabeth missing. On Friday January 10, 2025, Abigail and her coworkers continued insisting providing the police with information related to Lucrecia Elizabeth’s car whereabout. Police came into the house and started a search. Her children along with two of her cousins and her niece who lived with her, were taken to the Police station to make statements later that Friday. Police officers notified the family that the house was a crime scene, and they were not allowed to stay there until investigations were over. Her children, her family and close friends along with her boss and coworkers were very confused and not understanding what was happening. Leonel, 21yrs old and Danny, 18 yrs old went to stay with a maternal uncle, while Eidan, 5 yrs old stayed with Rolando’s niece Mercy.

<div>On Saturday January 11, 2025, our dearest friend and colleague, Lucrecia Elizabeth Jadan Sumba was found death in Pennsylvania. A very unfortunate and tragic incident. It was found that her husband and life partner for over 23 years, father of her four children was responsible of her death. There is currently an ongoing investigation.

<div>Unfortunately, this tragic heartbreaking incident was very unexpected, and we need the help and support from the community to give Lucrecia Elizabeth an honorable viewing, funeral and bring her body home in Jadan Gualaceo, Ecuador. The funeral costs are very high, and her children don’t have the financial funds to cover for these costs.

<div>Lucrecia Elizabeth’s dream was to be able to reunite her four children in the United States and provide them with a better future. She was also starting to make plans to get a certificate for acrylic nails and continued to improve her lifestyle by enrolling herself in toc complete a GED. She learned how to drive and got her driver’s license, for her and her children it was such as great accomplishment. Lastly, Lucrecia Elizabeth has always made a positive impact of those around her bringing support, knowledge, happiness and worked always with enthusiasm. She also brought kindness to her workplace and family gatherings. Any donation will help towards the funeral and repatriation to Ecuador, as her parents Angel Jadan and Rosario Sumba and, and her 19 yrs old son Christian are there waiting to give her a honorable funeral. Her children and her family wishes are for her body and soul rest in peace in the place that she was born. We are hoping that if there is any money left after paying for her funeral and repatriation costs are paid, that it can help her children with their immediate needs. <div>Lucrecia Elizabeth nació en Jadan Gualaceo, Ecuador en 1985. Una encantadora madre de cuatro hijos Leonel Corte Jadan de 21 años, Christian Corte Jadan de 19 años, Danny Corte Jadan de 18 años y Eidan Corte Jadan de 5 años. Una mujer muy trabajadora, criando a sus hijos con amor y sacrificios, Lucrecia Elizabeth decidió venir a los Estados Unidos en busca de un mejor futuro para su familia. Lucrecia Elizabeth comenzó a migrar a los Estados Unidos el 19 de octubre de 2021. Primero comenzó a trabajar limpiando casas y como niñera, luego comenzó a trabajar en un salón de uñas en Elizabeth, Nueva Jersey. Donde desarrolló vínculos de confianza y fuertes con sus colegas del salón, especialmente con su ex jefa Abigail. Comenzó a trabajar muy duro para recaudar los fondos para traer a sus hijos uno por uno. Lucrecia Elizabeth ha sido conocida por ser una madre encantadora y cariñosa, una gran compañera de trabajo, muy responsable y siempre trayendo una sonrisa a todos los que la rodean. <div>El lunes 6 de enero de 2025 y el martes 7 de enero de 2025, Lucrecia Elizabeth llegó a trabajar como de costumbre, puntual y con una gran actitud para trabajar. El miércoles 8 de enero de 2025, fue su día libre, y como de costumbre se despertó y llevó a Danny y Eidan a la escuela. El jueves 9 de enero de 2025 Lucrecia Elizabeth no se presentó a trabajar. Su jefa Abigail junto con sus compañeros de trabajo comenzaron a preguntarse sobre su paradero y es muy inusual que ella no se presente a trabajar o llame para informar si no podía ir a trabajar. Abigail y sus compañeros de trabajo, la llamaron muchas veces, dejaron mensajes de voz y finalmente fueron a su casa a buscarla. Su esposo, Rolando Corte, declaró que no sabía dónde estaba y parecía muy desinteresado en su paradero. Ese mismo jueves, Abigail comenzó a comunicarse con otros familiares y amigos y decidió ir a la estación de policía en Elizabeth, Nueva Jersey, junto con Danny Corte Jadan, de 18 años, para informar a las autoridades sobre su desaparición. Mientras tanto, sus compañeros de trabajo comenzaron a hacer publicaciones en las redes sociales denunciando la desaparición de Lucrecia Elizabeth. El viernes 10 de enero de 2025, Abigail y sus compañeros de trabajo siguieron insistiendo en proporcionar a la policía información relacionada con el paradero del automóvil de Lucrecia Elizabeth. Se descubrió que su esposo y compañero de vida durante más de 23 años, padre de sus cuatro hijos, fue responsable de su muerte. Actualmente hay una investigación en curso.

<div>Lamentablemente, este trágico y desgarrador incidente fue muy inesperado y necesitamos la ayuda y el apoyo de la comunidad para brindarle a Lucrecia Elizabeth un velorio honorable, un funeral y traer su cuerpo a casa en Jadan Gualaceo, Ecuador. Los costos del funeral son muy altos y sus hijos no tienen los fondos financieros para cubrir estos costos.

<div>El sueño de Lucrecia Elizabeth era poder reunir a sus cuatro hijos en los Estados Unidos y brindarles un futuro mejor. También estaba empezando a hacer planes para obtener un certificado para uñas acrílicas y continuó mejorando su estilo de vida al inscribirse en toc para completar un GED. Aprendió a conducir y obtuvo su licencia de conducir, para ella y sus hijos fue un gran logro. Por último, Lucrecia Elizabeth siempre ha tenido un impacto positivo en quienes la rodean brindándole apoyo, conocimiento, felicidad y siempre trabajó con entusiasmo. También trajo amabilidad a su lugar de trabajo y reuniones familiares. Cualquier donación ayudará con el funeral y la repatriación a Ecuador, ya que sus padres Angel Jadan y Rosario Sumba y su hijo Christian de 19 años están allí esperando para brindarle un funeral honorable. Los deseos de sus hijos y su familia son que su cuerpo y alma descansen en paz en el lugar donde nació. Esperamos que si queda algo de dinero después de pagar su funeral y los costos de repatriación, pueda ayudar a sus hijos con sus necesidades inmediatas.
