fund for extended treatment

My name is Matt Woodroof. I've struggled the last ten years with addiction and alcoholism. I've hurt myself and everyone around me by my poor life choices in more ways than I can begin to describe. I've tried other treatment facilities in the past but none like Discovery Place. My reason for requesting funds is to attempt to stay at Long Term Recovery for another month. This place has truly showed me there is hope for myself and living in recovery. I'm trying to do this for myself overall but also for my 1 yr old daughter, Olivia, my family, my loved one's, and anyone else I've affected. The funds for LTR are due by Dec 17. I feel like there's still a lot for me to learn and experience here and I'm not ready to leave quite yet. I've reached out to my family and loved one's and unfortunately my desire to continue treatment comes during the holidays when funds are extra tight.
