<div>But behind all of that impact, I realized something important: the one thing I needed most, I didn’t always have access to: <em>real connection.</em>

<div><strong>I’ve experienced loneliness many times in my life.</strong> After childbirth, when I silently battled postpartum depression without even realizing it. After my divorce, when I had to rebuild my life from the ground up. And even in the middle of building a successful business, surrounded by people, but still carrying everything alone.
