Tommy Built Business Rescue Fund

As we commoners within the community know, Tom Bostic and his company have been fighting a legal battle for months to keep his business going so that he can continue to provide us with otherwise, unobtainable things we enjoy.

To keep things vague due to “policies”, something he manufactures and was easily able to offer to his patrons up until recently, was deemed “a no-go” in the eyes of a certain group of individuals that enforce things.

Tom is over $70k deep in legal fees and is now doing us customers all a great and selfless service (something many other companies probably wouldn’t do) by providing us with replacements for a fraction of the cost. Rather than saying “sorry, buy another,” Tom is selling his “new” and improved products far below what it costs him to manufacture, and way less than what would make him any sort of profit to keep the lights on. Due to offering these replacements, it forces Tom to lose even more money with no benefit to him. A true, selfless act.  

Tom has a history of always placing his customers and their happiness first, and with recent events proving that even more so due to it costing him more as each day goes by.

By donating, whether it’s $1, 5, $10 or more, we are coming together as a team to help lessen this burden for Tom so that he can continue providing us with the things we want and hopefully other future projects.

Hopefully we can at least reach our goal here. Although it’s insignificant to the amount he has spent fighting the tough fight, or when he will be spending as time goes on with replacing these other products out there, but at least this is something and every bit helps our good friend, Tom. 

Once the goal is met, exceeded or when we feel we have gotten a good bit of it, we will get the funds right to him so that we can all assist him with some of this financial burden that he is enduring as a small business.
