This past fall, I had an incredible opportunity to volunteer at Mutuini Sub-District Community Hospital, in Nairobi Kenya. I was able to assist 4 amazingly talented Physical and Occupational Therapists in treating many local outpatient and inpatient Kenyans. As a fellow therapist, I felt honored to be welcomed into this hospital community.

The government run healthcare system is not always able to meet the needs of the community. While the skill of the clinicians is excellent, there is a significant lack of supplies and equipment. I am looking to raise money for this institution, so that they might feel better prepared to meet the needs of their community. 100% of donations will be distributed to the hospital, earmarked for the Rehabilitation Team.
