Fund Casio Keyboards for Second Grade Classroom

During my son Otis' back-to-school zoom, his second grade teacher, Ms. Santa Maria, talked about how she was trained on violin and would love more than anything to incorporate as much music into their public school curriculum as possible by having keyboards for all her 26 students. I knew she was sincere because two days prior, Otis had come home bragging that he knew how to draw treble clefs and demonstrated that, scribbling on scrap paper. He was so proud. In the meeting, Ms. Santa Maria mentioned offhandedly that she would LOVE to have a keyboard for every student.
When I was in second grade, I had a weekly music, but unfortunately our Los Angeles public schools only have these extra arts classes if they are funded by PTA. Having keyboards in the Mrs. Santa Maria's second grade class would allow them to really have on hand music education on her schedule for this year, and years to come.
Eagle Rock Elementary in Los Angeles is a Title 1 school which means that 50% of the students are considered low income. I know these keyboards would enrich their education and hopefully inspire future musicians in this class for years to come.
Every little bit counts. The keyboards are small Casio small that cost $50 each including the batteries. They come with headphone jacks which seems essential with 26 students all learning at once.
I would like to get these into the students hands by next month so they can be learning about music for most of the school year.
Thanks so much for your support!
