<div>In 2022, we were given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to purchase our own building at below-market rate. The building we bought in Pinole, CA, was used previously as an animal shelter for West Contra Costa County. The building itself has “good bones”, but we need to convert it into a functional surgical clinic.

<div>The new clinic will be bigger, and it will enable our practice to grow in scope and volume, as we face increasing demand for our services. Our goal is to be open more days a week, and accommodate more patients on any given day. Help us make this possible!

<div>In 1998, Fix Our Ferals was founded in Berkeley to care for community cats through TNR and pop-up surgical clinics. A spay/neuter center opened in Richmond in 2012. Dr. Jean Goh and Robin Post took over full-time in 2017, expanding services to include pet cats and dogs. We changed our name to Animal Fix Clinic in 2021 to reflect our expanded scope, and became the first Fear Free Certified® spay/neuter clinic in the world in 2022 — prioritizing both emotional and physical health for our patients and their caretakers.
