My name is Addie Omerza and I have been accepted into Open Jar’s Summer Intensive program!

I am a Theatre Arts Major at Eastern Arizona College, and I will be transferring to Brigham Young University Idaho in the fall.

I auditioned for the Open Jar’s program this February at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Conference Region 8, along with hundreds of other students from my region as well as the eight other regions around the country.

I was selected and given a small scholarship to attend the intensive along with around 120 other students from around the United States.

I am incredibly excited for this opportunity, but the cost of the intensive itself is about $3500, not including transportation or housing while I am there.
