Full Throttle Bar & Grill Legal Fees

Donation protected
On Sunday, July 19th at 9:30 in the morning, the Metro Health Department closed Full Throttle Bar & Grill due to one word on our license, limited instead of full.  We complied with all phase 2 guidelines and also added masks and gloves for use by our employees.  We sanitize after each use of any service and item in the building and at the end of each business day and the beginning of each business day.  We attempted to contact the health department for three days when Metro rolled back to Phase 2 with no return call or email.  So, we did the best we could.  We have contacted several attorneys but have not secured one yet.  The retainer alone is averaging between $7500-12000.  We are having difficulty finding an attorney that is willing to take on Metro.  We will use the funds collected to pay attorney fees, court costs and anything left will be to help our employees who have lost their source of income.

We thank each of you for the outpouring of support from our employees, customers, community and across the United States!
