<div>Doch bereits nach nur drei Tagen ereignete sich ein tragisches Unglück: Ein Feuer zerstörte ihre Wohnung in Rothemann vollständig.

<div>Glücklicherweise blieben beide unverletzt, aber sie haben ihr gesamtes Hab und Gut verloren – von Kleidung über persönliche Erinnerungsstücke bis hin zu wichtigen Dokumenten.​

<div>Die Brandursache war vermutlich ein Stromadapter, der die europäische Spannung auf die nordamerikanische umwandeln sollte.

<div>Nun stehen Dawson und Codey vor dem Nichts und benötigen dringend unsere Hilfe, um wieder auf die Beine zu kommen.​

<div>Wir haben diese Spendenaktion ins Leben gerufen, um ihnen finanzielle Unterstützung für neue Kleidung, persönliche Gegenstände und eine vorübergehende Unterkunft zu bieten.
