WKFH, a non-commercial educational radio entity, was born out of a deep passion and unwavering belief in the power of the airwaves belonging to the people. Founded in late 2023 by Tom Mondell, Rick Venezie, and Richard Figurel, all proud products of Ellwood City and Lincoln High School, this station is set to make a profound impact on the community.

In a world where news and entertainment are often tainted by bias and opinion, WKFH stands as a beacon of truth and responsibility. The programming heard on this station will be a refreshing mix of local and national news, information, and entertainment, offering a much needed alternative voice to the people of Ellwood City & beyond.

Operating without commercial advertising, WKFH will rely on the unwavering support of its listeners and businesses.

We curate, assess, and disseminate underrepresented information pertaining to critical issues, recognizing the increasing difficulty in concealing the truth.
