Fuel the Community: Greencastle NAACP

In light of the recent executions/ violations of Black people this year, many leaders and organizations were at the forefront of the conversations and of the work that needed to be done. However, while many prominent organizations gained attention and more popularity, many local grassroot organizations were either left out or continued to be underfunded.
Our executive board has decided that our local NAACP chapter in Greencastle will be the organization that we will support through this initiative. We know that now is a troubling time for many, especially financially, so we ask for any form of support from our community. This does not have to exist in a monetary way, but can be resharing our fundraising efforts with family, friends, and other members of our DePauw Community.
Our Fueling the Community Fundraiser will be in partnership with DePauw’s National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC).
