Charlie Culbreth Fuel Tanker Fire Accident on I-26

Donation protected

Charlie was driving the fuel tanker (see link) that caught fire on I-26 near Saluda and Columbus in Polk County NC.  It is a miracle he is alive.  His body is covered in 3rd degree burns- his face, arms, hands, legs, shoulders, and backside.  He is currently at a burn center several states away from home undergoing multiple surgeries.  Charlie is in a critical state and remains heavily sedated. He has a long road of recovery ahead and will undergo many more surgeries as well as rehabilitation.  Any support for his wife (my sister) and two young children is appreciated who have traveled to be with him.

If you would like to send directly using Venmo, please send to Sally-McCue-1.  Thanks!
