A Car, A Car my kingdom for A Car

Bula! My name is Mike, Im currently working as Volunteer in Fiji. My role is in Community Mental Health and I work with a local counter part providing Education, Clinical support and case management to Clients, their families and the community, including other healthcare workers. I am paid an allowance by my sending organisation which covers my rent, and living expenses. In our role, my colleague and I cover the Western division of the main island which is about 1/2 of the Main Island, we have about 1500 clients that we look after with the help of local public health nurse. All up we are personally responsible for 450 pts (that we know of)  spread out over 5000 sqkm. Given thatthere are about 370000 people in the western division, we can estimate that there are about another 3-5000 potential clients in the community that we never see.  This is due to 3 main factors, remoteness, lack of access to transport, and limited numbers of staff (3 community mntal health nurses for approximately 350000 people). I am looking to solve 2  these issues by trying to get us a car for me to drive so we can visit some of the remote areas. I have estimated that $7000  will get me a budget 4WD, and Im aiming to purchase a Diesel vehicle an then run it on Used cooking oil... (of which there is plenty in Lautoka) to further reduce running costs. So thats my plan, Now  all i need is Your Help in achieving it.
