Needing a service dog

My physical condition has been gradually deteriorating over my life. It's finally reached the point that in order to remain able to get around, to work or even to shop for groceries, I need a mobility assistance dog - one that can help me move around, support me during dizzy spells, and help me deal with anxiety and depression. Unfortunately, I'm the only able adult in a houseful of disabled people (my husband is a disabled veteran, my children are both autistic, and my ex-husband, who lives with us, has severe back issues), so I need to work, and our income is currently so limited that I can't afford the startup costs to get the dog I need.

That's where you come in. I need to raise $13,500 for purchase of the dog, initial training, and canine health insurance. My deadline for this is March 19th. Please - every bit helps.
