Xavier's Warriors Unite

This go-fund-me account was started by close friends of the family who are seeking to ease the burden of medical bills and funeral expenses. 

On 4/9/18, heaven gained a new warrior. Xavier was an exceptional young man who, after a life-long battle with cystic fibrosis and having received a lung transplant last year, ended his journey on this earth peacefully at age 15. He was faithful and positive beyond comprehension and touched the lives of everyone who crossed his path. 

The latest post from his family reads, "At 8:12am Xavier’s heart took its last beat and his lungs took their last breath. He passed peacefully as his sister, Maia, held and cuddled with him and his mom massaged his legs and feet as he always liked and his nana, papi, and nino by his side. He fought an amazing battle and through it touched the lives of so many. I don’t think anyone was ready to say good bye. Xavi you will forever be missed. Thank you for teaching us all to have faith and be positive. We love you so much."

Any amount will help as all proceeds will be given to the Guerrero family.
