Help relieve some financial stress

I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast cancer in September of 2011.   I have had chemo, a double mastectomy, and more chemo.  I am Stage IV and have recently reached a point that the current chemo I was surviving on became too hard on my body.  After a month long break, a PET scan revealed I had progression in existing spots as well as a few new spots showed up.  So, I am about to begin a clinical trial (IMMU- 132).  While we do have insurance (THANK GOD),  it doesn't cover everything.  Co-pays, drugs, travel expenses, etc... 
As much as I hate to ask for help,  sometimes it is necessary.  I know times are hard on everybody, so if you can't afford anything financially, please keep us in your thoughts and prayers as they mean just as much.
