Hello Friends and thank you for taking the time to read this.
On Tuesday December 5 Patrick (PATO) was diagnosed with a detached retina & other eye issues and requires surgery to salvage the sight in his left eye. The surgery will be performed in Phoenix by a specialist. The specialist will need monies up front prior to doing this sight saving surgery and this is why we are asking for some help at this time. We will need to pay the doctors out of pocket costs as well as commuting back and forth to Phoenix over the next few weeks and Patrick will have a loss of income due to the time he will need to take off work. With 4 children at home this will make for very difficult financial times for our family. Anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated. God Bless and thank you - Patrick and Kelsey -
