FSU to DC for March for Our Lives

This page was created by Florida State University students and staff in the wake of the recent tragedy at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, where 17 people lost their lives on February 14, 2018.  In a show of solidarty, hundreds of FSU students, MSD alumni, and FSU faculty are looking to attend the March For Our Lives in Washington D.C. on March 24th 2018. This march will hopefully bring about monumental change in regards to gun control laws and mental health screening for gun purchases and registrations. The cost of a trip of this magnitude is extremely high, particularly for FSU students. We need your help to make it happen. This is being organized by a team of faculty and students at FSU committed to transporting as many people as possible to the March For Our Lives. All funds will be withdrawn and paid directly to the bus company. All surplus from this campaign will be donated directly to the Marjory Stoneman Douglas GoFundMe campaign organized by the Broward Education Foundation. This cause hits close to home for many of us, and we need your help to make a difference. Please help us be the voice for those who have lost theirs as we march to DC.
