Help Puerto Rico!

My Husband and Father-in-law will be travelling to Puerto Rico on Oct. 5th. We have family members, most of them elderly, in and around Yuaco that need assistance. They are running low on food, water and fuel.  Luis and Jose will be flying into San Juan and have arranged transportation to Yuaco. We have discovered that UPS is operational in certain areas. Once they are able to assess what needs are most important I will ship items to them to distribute to anyone that needs it. These items will inlcude: water, non-perishable food, baby formula, flashllights, batteries, shipping costs, etc. There is no estimate on how long power will be out.  Roads are still being cleared and accessing remote areas is still very difficult.
