Leslie's Hardship

No work after brain surgery on a surviving single mother of 2 children, provider for her mother, and homeowner...
What happened?
It all started with a painful headache at work one day. Leslie thought it was probably due to stress. We have all been there right? & like many of us, we think a headache is no big deal and it will go away later.
That day, Leslie decided to drive home in her condition and luckily made it home safe. When she got home she took some over the counter pain medicine with the hope of that excruciating headache to go away.  Shortly after that, she started throwing up and figured she probably should try to get some rest. Little did she know what was happening to her.  Before she knew it, she ended up loosing consciousness.
Luckily, thanks to Leslie's mother she checked up on Leslie in her room and noticed something was not right. She found her in her room on her knees leaning against the bed.  Mom noticed that when she tried to lift her, Leslie's body was loose. It was at that point that she realized something  was very wrong. Immediately after that she rushed to her neighbors house  due to no phone and 911 was called to the scene.
We the family figured Leslie would be ok and out the hospital in no time. However, after getting a CT Scan they were able to determine the problem to her painful headache was a lot more serious then expected.  Leslie had cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) flooding her brain. The doctor said we had done the right thing by getting her into  the ER. If she had gone to sleep and not rushed that night she would've been dead the next morning! An emergency brain surgery needed to be performed. Doctor warned there could be complications and she might not make it.  That surgery would mean she would be getting a tube that would be implanted from her head to her stomach in order to drain the CSF.  The entire family had no idea how a headache can turn into something so serious!
Leslie is alive thanks to God and the neurosurgeon who performed an extraordinary job.  She has been placed  on bed rest and no work for her recovery. As a  single mother of 2 children, provider for her mother, and homeowner the first worry on her mind after waking up was her job and all the responsibilities she has to meet.
Please take a moment to put yourself in her shoes and see the struggle she is facing with now. Medical bills, food, home bills, children's necessities, and more.
Any contribution will help and be greatly appreciated.
On behalf of Leslie and her family, thank you in advance!
