Ginnie's Last Wish

I am reaching out to everyone in hopes that someone could help make my sister's wish come true.  To give you a little background on our family....In September 2010, my sister was diagnosed with Metastatic Breast cancer stage III at the age of 29.   Within a few days of starting chemo, she ended up in the hospital due to serious side affects and we almost lost her.  We spent Thanksgiving 2010, Christmas 2010, New Years 2011 and Easter 2011 in the hospital with my sister due to her cancer and chemo treatment side affects. After many more complications doctors decided to postpone chemo and do a double mastectomy and lymph node dissection.  She started chemo again after recovery and thankfully in May 2011 my sister was considered "cancer free". In December of 2011 within days of each other, our grandma was diagnosed with colon cancer and our mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.  Grandma died in June 2012 and mom passed away in August 2012.   This was devastating for our whole family.   Then, less than five months later,  my sister found out in that her cancer had come back and it was now in her liver, stomach and lymph nodes and the docs gave her 2 months to 2 years to live.  She has been doing chemo since that time but is now on a low dose just to try and keep the tumors from growing and the doctors have suggested she consider hospice soon.  To make things worse, our father was diagnosed with prostate cancer in April 2014 and is going through treatments at this time.   Thankfully he should finish his treatments at the end of October.  Since my sister was never able to have children of her own, she considers her nieces and nephews like her children.  She has a strong desire to take a trip to Disney with the family and make some special memories with and for her nieces and nephews before her time on earth ends.  Due to lack of finances and lack of time to save due to her time left, the trip can not happen for us without help.  I know this is long, but I wanted to give as much background info as possible in hopes that you could help us get in contact with someone who works with helping families get that "one last wish".  Thank you for taking the time to read our story.
