Help with medical expenses

A trip to the emergency room and subsequent CT Scan on February 19th revealed a mass in Kim’s lung.  The mass has been since diagnosed as stage 3a lung cancer that has also effected 2 surrounding lymph nodes.  Now, Kim is gearing up to aggressively battle this evil demon head on;  radiation, chemotherapy, and surgery,will begin days from now.  

Unfortunately, while health insurance will cover much of the costs for cancer treatment but the out of pocket expenses are already mounting.  Additionally, with Kim being diabetic, she'll need extra diabetic monitoring supplies.  Paying for all of this of course will be made more difficult by the fact that the treatments will leave Kim more often than not, unable to work.  I think most of us in life know the negative physical and emotional financial stress effects a person.

Kim still has her faith, wonderful sense of humor, positive “I’m-gonna-kick-cancer-in-the-ass” attitude, and rock-solid strength.  Let’s help her keep her focus by removing the financial obstacle as much as we can!
