<div>I'm a parent navigating life with split custody, working 40–50 hours a week as a school bus driver. Outside of that, I take on extra work through massage and photography whenever I can—doing everything possible to stay afloat while preparing for something incredibly important to me.

<div><strong>I am currently raising funds to cover the deductible and maximum out-of-pocket costs for my upcoming gender-affirming surgeries, including vaginoplasty and breast augmentation, scheduled for May 27th, 2026.</strong>

<div><strong>This surgery means more to me than I can fully put into words.</strong> It represents alignment with who I have always known myself to be. It's the confidence of finally existing in a body that matches who I am inside, and the relief of no longer feeling disconnected from myself. This is about living authentically, fully, and peacefully.

<div>My journey hasn't been easy. Dysphoria has brought periods of anxiety and depression that have made some days harder than others. Still, I continue to show up—for my work, for my responsibilities, and most importantly, for my children.

<div>As a parent, I strive to show my children that even the things that feel out of reach are possible with commitment and discipline. I want them to grow up knowing they deserve happiness and that it's okay to pursue a life that feels true to who they are. Going through this journey allows me to show up more fully for them—without the constant weight of feeling like my external world doesn't match my internal one, I can be more present, more connected, and more at peace.

<div>While I've been working hard to save, the financial reality is overwhelming. <strong>I'm facing the possibility of not being able to meet my medical costs in time, while also worrying about covering rent, bills, and groceries during recovery.</strong>

<div>My recovery period will last about 8–10 weeks, during which I won't be able to work. As a school bus driver, I already don't have income during the summer—but because I'll be recovering from surgery, I won't qualify for unemployment either. That means I will have no income during that time, while still needing to support myself and my family.

<div>I take pride in working hard and doing everything I can to provide. Asking for help is not easy for me—but this is one of those moments where I truly need support.
