Growing up, I was always captivated by culinary shows, but cooking became so much more than just a passion for me. It became my lifeline. In tough times, when everything felt overwhelming, stepping into the kitchen was my escape. Cooking saved my life—mentally, emotionally, and physically. It taught me resilience and helped me find my niche.

I’m excited to share that I’m on a journey to open my own restaurant, serving a modern take on Southern cuisine, with plans to introduce molecular gastronomy in the future! What makes my restaurant unique isn't just the food, but the mission behind it. I want to create a safe haven for troubled youth—those who might not believe they can thrive in a kitchen and build a career out of it.

I’m looking to secure a space in one of the markets in Allentown, which will help minimize startup costs. My focus will be on food, staffing, and essential equipment like gloves, knives, cutting boards, and containers. Additionally, I’ll need support for marketing and uniforms to help us get started and make a memorable first impression.
