<div>This sweet girl was left abandoned in a trashed out car with no food, water and all the windows rolled up. I got a tip and found her hungry, thirsty, filthy, stinky and crawling with fleas. But mostly she was SO happy — wriggling and wagging her tail with joy to be rescued.

<div>Thankfully it was cooler today. If it had happened over the past couple days when temps were in the 90s, she would not have made it.

<div>I am calling her Fiona and she needs a full medical checkup, and all the puppy vaccines, wormed, spayed, and a loving foster or permanent home.

<div>Please help! If you can contribute, please do, and share this post so I can find her a loving home as soon as possible.
