It is with the utmost regret that we come to you, our amazing family, “framily,” friends and fellow fighters. For many, September 10th will come, and go, each year. Unfortunately for us, it will forever be the day our little world lost a bit of its light.

In 2015, Terri and Nick welcomed their beautiful daughter, Kenzie, into the world. It wasn’t long after that Terri was diagnosed with breast cancer. For the next two-plus years, she fought it. Every waking moment of the remainder of her life, Terri fought. She gave the disease hell everyday and at every turn. She threw herself into becoming an advocate for others. Terri never wanted another woman to face the kind of war she faced within her own body. Nearly every day, you could find a reminder from her to go get yourselves checked. She fought for her baby, her husband, her family and friends AND SHE FOUGHT FOR YOU!

You see, Terri was stricken with a very rare form of the monster. In those cases, research is hard to come by. And in her amazing love for others, she submitted to having her cancer ridden cells used for research to develop better treatment and to one day find a cure for this awful disease. Her dream was to eradicate cancer from this earth, that no other person should ever have to fight like she did. So you see, dear reader, even with no breath left SHE IS STILL A WARRIOR!!!!! She is still giving cancer the biggest fight it has EVER KNOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After an earthly fight Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson himself would admire, Terri is finally at peace. Her pain is gone and now she will guard her little girl and incredible husband, as well as her family and friends, from a place quite different, where cancer has no definition and pain cannot reside.

Terri was an incredible woman who was compassionate, intelligent, beautiful, and the fiercest fighter we have ever known. If the way was hers to have, she would be here, and this wouldn’t be needed. That’s not the cards she, nor we, were dealt though.

The future is rough for Nick and little Miss Kenzie. They face an incredible amount of stress going forward. Between maintaining some sense of normalcy, to the bills that are going to continue piling up, this is going to likely be the hardest position either will face in their lifetime.

This is our opportunity to come together as a community to support them and lift them up from the depths of a hell no one should ever know. If you could PLEASE find it in your heart, and budget, to donate what you can to the family our thanks would know no bounds.
