<div>Our daughter was born at just 23 weeks and 4 days, and while these past few days in the NICU have been filled with uncertainty, they’ve also shown us just how strong and resilient she is. She is truly a little fighter, and we are in awe of her every moment.

<div>We are only on Day 4 of our NICU journey, with many more ahead. As we focus on supporting her every heartbeat and breath, we’re facing the difficult reality that I don’t have paid maternity leave until January 2026,and I’ve exhausted all of my PTO.
