Charlie Crocker kidney fund

I am 38 years old and I have been a diabetic since age 4. All my life I lived one day at a time not knowing what tomorrow would bring. During my life I have had many trials. I lost my eyesight in 2009 and now dependent on shots in both eyes every 4 weeks. I was also diagnosed with Neuropathy and Dupuytren diseases in 2010. The latest trial is both kidneys are failing and im in need of a transplant. Im asking for your help. Asking for help is not easy for me because I have always fought these battles on my own. I know with God, family and friends I will come through on top. Thank you so much for your help.
