FriendshipWeek 2020: Friendship is a Superpower

FriendshipWeek :
I am reaching out on behalf of my 8-year-old daughter who is on a mission to make World friendlier and accepting for kids. After visiting "March for our Lives" in Boston, organized by survivors of Parkland shooting, my daughter Pragna went onto a long conversation with us on how to address this problem of depression and loneliness among kids. A short trip led to a long conversation (More here: https://bit.ly/30yPZ0p ).
Soon after, we launched FriendshipWeek , an online-only event in 2018. Target was to get 10 families involved to do some activities with their kids and discuss the importance of friendship. Our 2018 run was celebrated by families from Australia, India, Israel, US, Canada, and Mexico. She was also approached by Amnesty International for spreading the word. After we got more than 200 families to celebrate FriendshipWeek in 2018, Pragna set her goal to take it to 10,000 global families in 2019. This year, she is attempting to go big. We already have interest from school networks and on our target to exceed our goal. We could not do it alone and need community support to help realize Pragna's dream of bringing communities together.
Update: Our 2019 Run garnered interest from 170,000 global community and celebrated across more than 100 schools around 4 countries.
Funds raised by this campaign would be used towards supporting Global schools in celebrating FriendshipWeek and spreading the message of friendship.
