Revan while skateboarding was struck by a hit and run car two years ago. The accident caused a testicular torsion. This is an extremely painful condition, which has gone untreated because of lack of insurance and funds.  Another torsion occurred on August 24th causing great pain. He has dealt with the pain for two years everyday often preventing sleep, causing anxiety and depression. We have found a doctor who can treat him, this doctor is renowned in the field of surgical correction of testicular torsions. It now involves both testicals and the pain is constant. He is scheduled to see the doctor at NorthWestern University Medical Center in Chicago on October 15. We have started this GoFundMe page to pay his medical costs. Revan is a very talented artist and horticulturist and his interests are very broad. Living day to day with this pain has become unbearable and debilitating.
 
His beloved dog Piper, his constant companion, is his great joy.
