The Story
In 2017, I was blessed to become the host and executive producer of the "What's Your Revolution? radio show. The show was born out of my desire to uncover content that would help me find and embrace the healthiest version of myself. I quickly realized many others are thirsting for this information. Thus, I decided to create a radio show that speaks to a diverse group of men in hope of helping them on their journey to be a better version of themselves and to assist them in answering the MOST thought-provoking question of their life, "What's Your Revolution?"
The appetite for this “conversation” absolutely is there. Now, I NEED YOUR HELP!
The Ask
I am seeking your financial investment to allow us to continue the dialogue. As the show has grown, our costs to produce it have risen as well. We currently have ten thousand listeners per week on WBOK1230am (3 pm CST on Wednesdays). We also just got syndicated, airing on WHIV 102.3 in New Orleans, Tuesdays at 10 am CST. I am asking for your support so that my team and I can continue to facilitate my answer to the most thought-provoking question. To ensure the show continues to run each week, live and in syndication, I am setting up this fundraiser to secure the necessary capital that ensures that a diverse group of men have the pertinent information to help them grow into the healthiest versions of themselves.
My goal is to raise 15,000 dollars over the next 45 days. Your donation, no matter the amount, will help to cover the costs of show production, which entails paying my producer, who recruits the best guests in the country and ensures the on-air content is amazing; paying my engineer, who ensures the show's live broadcast/syndication and SoundCloud podcast are the highest quality, and paying my social media intern, who broadcasts the revolution every media channel possible. Hopefully, you note that this is a labor of love and that donations will solely go to support those who work diligently to make the show relevant and entertaining each week.
