Friends of Rose City Studio

I began dancing as a child standing on my father’s feet.  I studied ballet, jazz and tap through my teens and continued solo dancing as an adult.  In 2010, I began partner dancing for exercise and fun.  I knew I had found my passion and immersed myself in group classes, workshops and private lessons. I joined a teacher training program and earned both the DVIDA Rhythm & Smooth Professional Certifications.  As I moved through the local dance community it became clear that we were lacking a studio focused on independent instructors.

With a  mission to provide quality space for independent dance and fitness instructors, I opened Rose City Studio on April 1, 2017.  Since then, it has been filled with  instructors teaching private lessons, group classes and workshops.  We are also home to local bands, DJs and social dance groups for their weekly and monthly dance events.  I am committed to keeping the studio in business until the time when we can all dance again.  All funds donated will be used to pay rent.  Any amount will help.  I would be grateful for and honored by your support.  #SmallBusinessRelief
