Friends Of Isaac

This will be the hardest thing I've ever had to write, I'm a very proud woman and mother but I'm burying my pride to save my son.

This is my beautiful little boy Isaac, he came in to the world early at 34 weeks due to infection as my waters broke at 25 weeks.

back track a few weeks ago I was happily settled in my home in the UK getting ready for the arrival of my beautiful baby boy, i couldn't be happier. but 8 days before I was due induction a social worker knocked on my door and said we are taking your baby at birth on the grounds you had post natal depression 3 years ago and you'll probably get it again.

I didn't know what to do or who to turn to I had previously had an assessment 2 months prior and was told he would be safe if he came home with me that I was working well with the support plan I had set up to prevent it. I explained this to her but all she was interested in was ripping my beautiful baby from my arms at birth and placing him with a stranger.

I knew then to protect my baby I had to go to protect my baby from them, they already have my 3 year old up for forced adoption due to post natal depression and their 'future risk of emotional harm' I knew they wouldn't treat me fairly and I knew my baby was just another paycheck for them, but to me he's my world and I love him.

I came to Republic of ireland with just the clothes on my back and my babies belongings while he was safely still tucked away in mummies womb with a view. upon arriving I was taken in by a wonderful caring compassionate couple who tried to help me find a home but it seemed impossible and knowing the birth of Isaac was looming I didn't know what to do a lady came to me and offered me a home in France, a job, and good pre and post natal care so I used the last bit of money I had to go to France.

upon arriving in France I was taken to a holiday home, which I then found out I only had 8 weeks there and had to pay €600 euro upfront, there was no medical care set in place for me to have my baby safely and there was certainly no help and support, i later found out this lady was not all that meets the eye so I had no option but to then spend my savings that were reserved for a property for me and my baby to get back to Ireland.

upon arriving in Ireland and after all the travelling within 4 days I went for a routine check to check on my baby and was told i had to stay in for three weeks before they would they would deliver my baby. and I've been in galway University hospital since.

I've been poorly treated by all staff, refused medical care for me being unwell which then resulted in a infection and the premature birth of my much loved Isaac.

I've been harassed by social workers, mental health workers, doctors, nurses, security staff and thretened with gardai if i don't now leave the hospital so social can steal my baby without jurisdiction, without order, with out a certicifate of birth and without due cause. im really unwell and was just thrown out the door with no home, no money, and vulnerable after only just giving birth

ok so I'm asking for £3000, this will help me get a home deposit and first month's rent, it will also help me come to and from the hospital to visit my baby so I can care for him and express his milk, it will also be used to help me find someone who can represent me in court hearings so that I can fight to keep my little boy safe with me. I also need to show social care I can financially provide for Isaac so I would t use some of it for essenssials like nappies etc to help me til i can get in a better financial position.

Please don't judge me, I'm a good mother who just unfortunatly got post natal depression and asked for help for it to be used against me.

Please save my son from falling in to the hands of tusla and a lifetime of abuse.

God bless you, even if you can not donate please leave a prayer for isaac and join Isaacs journey as one of his many friends.
